I’m mostly writing this so I remember what I did so it might not make a lot of sense.
I was going to do three miles on the treadmill. I ended up doing something like 2 miles in 27 minutes or something ridiculously slow. Then I went and did some random strength training but because I didn’t write it down, I already forget what I did. I DO know that my arms felt like jelly because of Wednesdays workout. Ouch.

Not too bad for the first day back. I’m working my way into finding a routine. It’s weird, I’ve been going to the gym on and off for like, 7 or 8 years and at times I still feel like I have no idea what the fuck I’m doing. I know how all the machines work and how to adjust them and what they do, but I feel lost sometimes and I feel like everyone can tell. Blergh.

I ran down to Reading Terminal Market and got some fruit for my juicing project! (And just to eat!!) This all cost me like, $12. I don’t buy produce much, but it seemed cheap for all of this!
Ps: That watermelon is the best watermelon I’ve ever had. Ever.
