The past few weeks have been horrible for me. I recently posted about binge eating (I posted it, got nervous, privated it, then un-privated it), and because of that, I was met with this number on the scale today. That is almost 15 pounds from the lowest weight I have reached so far, and it’s unacceptable. I’ve always thought that if I started gaining weight again, I would realize what I am doing an stop. I don’t want to get where I was, so I’m ready to turn it around. Starting right now.

Loss: 1.4 (!!!)
This was actually schocking (in a good way!). For the past 2 weeks, I have NOT been watching what I eat and I haven’t exercised, but I still somehow managed a loss. It’s hard to believe because I was seriously eating SO much (or I guess what I thought was so much) junk food. Ya know how when someone dies people send large amounts of food to your door? Yeah, we were not spared when my nanny died. There were cookies, cakes, soups, food platters, just food everywhere and I definitely had no problem eating it.
Whatever it was that made me actually lose weight over the last 2 weeks, I’ll take it!

Loss: .6lbs
I will most certainly take it! I am so eager to see the 140’s that any fraction of a pound that I shed I will be grateful for. Wouldn’t it be awesome if that happened next week?!
*I’m going to make an effort to do regular WIW’s. I have this bad habit of just skipping it if I gain, because then it’s like it didn’t even happen, right?

I basically took that picture because I hate leaving a post title-less, but am so bad at writing titles. So you get a picture of my face.
Here is the deal. I’m going to start losing weight again, I’ve decided. Two days ago, I weighed 157.2, so I am using that as my “starting” weight. This morning I weighed 154.2 (yes, I am eating!) So I guess this is technically my WIW post. Ideally, I would like to get to 140 around the end of March. I’m not usually one for setting weight time sensitive goals, but I feel like if I have something specific to work towards, I will do better. So there is that.
In other news, I’m changing my major from marketing to finance. I might still keep a marketing minor, though. Not that that is relevant to this blog at all, just throwing it out there.
Also in other news, my sleep schedule has been all kinds of cray-cray lately. I woke up at 3pm today and have class at 8am tomorrow. I probably won’t sleep tonight because I have a lot to get done and I’m not tired. I have class from 3-12:20 and again at 3:20-5. I’ll probably end up taking a nap in between and then crashing as soon as I get home from my last class. I really hate when this happens.
So there is my mini-update. Not that you needed one, I just needed a study break!

Ooops. I have such weak will power sometimes…
Anyway, I liked what I saw! I was 155.2 on Wednesday (4ish days ago?) and I was 153.4 this morning (after breakfast!), which is surprising because this weekend was filled with sweet crepes, beer, Wendy’s, and Quizno’s ( I NEVER eat out that often, but we had people visiting!)
Anyway, I like this whole “not weighing myself everyday” thing, so I’m putting it away again, probably until Wednesday!

I’d be lying if I said this bothered me. I had a really good week exercise wise! I ran 5 miles for the first time in a long time and I went to a Pilates class that still has me sore.
In other news, it is snowing right now and I am hoping hoping hoping that my class tonight will get cancelled!
Edit: From my “start over” weight of 163.6 I’m down 8.4 pounds.

That looks ridiculous, but the majority of it was water weight, so it’s not like I actually lost 8.5 pounds in 5 days. But still. I’M GETTING BACK ON TRACK.
